I decided to start 2008 off right and get a BIIIIG project off my plate before the strike of midnight! Presenting: How to Make A HP Howler- PART FOUR! THE LAST PIECE!

So here it is! Part 4 of what I had INTENDED to only be a ONE-part submission. Unfortunately, describing the insane methods I used in a single night (yes, 8 straight hours- no sleep!) to make my Howler takes about 20+ hours to describe in detail! XD

This is a step-by-step process of how to make your very own Howler (as seen in Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets). If ANYONE makes one (or intends to) using my tutorial, I would LOVE to see them when finished!

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE let me know if I failed to describe something properly or if you just don't understand what the sam-hell I am talking about. I would be glad to try to make it as clear as possible.
